Prayer support and resources
Whether you come with a burden, a question, or a reason to give thanks, you are welcome to pray with us.
Begin where you are
You can speak honestly to God.
Prayer does not require a polished speech. Read Psalm 62:8, pause, and name what is on your heart. You might begin with gratitude, ask for help with a particular need, or sit quietly with a passage of Scripture.
As you pray, you can use this simple pattern: thank God for His care; speak honestly about your need; ask for wisdom and help; and entrust the next step to Him. This is a starting point, not a formula.
How can I pray when I do not know what to say?
Pray with Scripture
Three places to begin
When words are difficult
Romans 8:26–27
Read Paul’s words about weakness and the help of the Spirit. Bring your need without pretending to have every answer.
When you need direction
Matthew 6:9–13
Read the prayer Jesus taught His disciples. Notice its movement through worship, daily need, forgiveness, and dependence.
When you want to give thanks
1 Thessalonians 5:18
Pause to name the gifts of this day, including small gifts you might otherwise miss.
Praying together
Remember the wider ministry.
Pray for those sharing the Gospel, for people seeking encouragement, and for wisdom and protection in ministry service. Please keep identifying details about overseas partners out of public prayer messages.
