What is your passion?(Part 1)

After prioritizing work and career so much early on in my life I lost track of the this that brings true joy, excitement and rest. Speaking of rest, I have found that most people have positive things that they enjoy doing, but their passion doesn’t lead to satisfaction because it turns into something that they “have to do” instead of something that they want to do!

I look around at soccer mom’s and sports parents in general. We keep our kids so busy all of the time with events and shuffling back and forth to various events , I wonder just how much we benefit from it?

Actually, maybe that is your passion! Satisfaction may take place in helping others find their passion. As we know, Mick Jagger said that he “can’t get no satisfaction!” I know that the sentence structure in that song is discombobulated, but he has a point! “No satisfaction means no satisfaction, although I am also sure that he finds a lot of satisfaction on the stage telling us just how much it escapes him.

If endless activity tends to wear us out, I wonder jusy how much positive benefit that we could discover in learning how to wait, and learning to intentionally gravitate towards things that bring us calm and a measure of happiness.

We will be covering some of my hobbies that I enjoy doing, many of which I discovered by accident!
